Western Iowa Tech is an American Welding Society accredited test facility that is able to test and qualify weld procedures and welders. We test welders and procedures in accordance with the national and international welding codes. These include AWS D1.1, AWS D1.2, AWS D1.5, API 1104, ASME Sect IX.
Additionally, we offer customized training to prepare you for the test.
Becoming a certified welder would help advance in your welding career and earnings. Certification allows opportunity for higher level career challenges that can result in more income.
