A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Tuesday morning to celebrate the new mural in downtown Sioux City at the corner of 5th and Jackson Streets.
The mural, which features people in graduation caps and gowns, was organized by Western Iowa Tech’s Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society.
