Automotive Department Tour: Join Tim Hardyk, Automotive Collision Repair Technology Instructor, on a tour of the Automotive Department at Western Iowa Tech Community College.

Boston: Colonial History: Step back into history on this 5-day guided tour to Boston (our home base), Lexington, Concord, Salem and Plymouth.

DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge Trip: Explore the wonders of DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge on this morning outing. Nestled along the Missouri River, DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge is a haven for nature enthusiasts and history buffs alike.

Michigan Trip: October 4 - 11, 2025
Join us as we explore the great state of Michigan. This coming fall, Lifelong Learners will embark on a seven-day, six-night bus trip to the Upper Peninsula, Mackinac, Frankenmuth, Detroit, and more.

Moville Historical Museum Trip: Join us for a journey of Moville's history at the Moville Iowa Historical Museum, guided by local historian Grace Linden. Grace will provide an overview of the museum’s mission and the significance of preserving Moville’s history.

Nature Walk: Join Rod Tondreau on a nature walk on the Western Iowa Tech Community College Campus.

Spring Mystery Trip: Sue Owens and Grace Linden invite you to don your walking shoes and embark on a day of exploration and enjoyment during the Fall Mystery Trip.

Tour of the Rosen Ag Center and Lageschulte Greenhouse: Join us for an immersive tour of the Rosen Agriculture Center and the Lageschulte Greenhouse at Morningside University, led by Dr. Thomas Paulsen. This engaging experience will offer participants a firsthand look at the innovative practices of aquaculture and hydroponics that are shaping sustainable agriculture.

Travel Abroad 2024 and 2025: Short-term international educational tours are available for learners of all ages through Western Iowa Tech. You do not need to be a student to participate.
