- A SIGNED copy of your parents' (and stepparents' if remarried) 2020 Amended U.S. Income Tax Return (1040X) to the Financial Aid Office.
Please submit to Student Financial Services by fax to 712.274.6470 or drop them off in Student Financial Services located on campus.
