This program is aimed primarily at students seeking employment as first-line supervisors and entry-level management. The program is also of interest to first-line supervisors and those who need to improve their skills.

You will acquire a background in basic business including accounting, budgeting, math and economics as well as practical supervisory skills. On-the-job training allows you to put into practice the skills learned in the classsroom.
